Report on Kid Friendly Cookbook Project

The first printing of “Kid Friendly Cooking: Health Choices” by the friends of Clemson Child Development Center sold out quickly. Board member Judy Benson (coordinator) says, “We can sell more!” So, an addi¬tional printing is in the works and copies will be avail¬able at the Center and at the homes on the Spring Homes Tour. Cost for this great cookbook is $12.00—a real bargain at any price. Your kids/grandkids will love it!

Mama Mia Report (spaghetti dinner)

The Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser held on February 1 was a great success! Over $2300.00 was raised for the Center. The dinner was a sell out and those that attended enjoyed catching up with friends. Our thanks to board member Joy Boatwright for taking the lead on this event. And, our thanks to all of you for your support of the Child Development Center by coming out and eating spaghetti!. Many people helped to make this dinner a success—too many to name. So, THANK YOU to all who helped and a special THANKS to First Baptist Church of Clemson for hosting the dinner.
