Welcome to CCDC!
The Clemson Child Development Center (CCDC) is a non-profit ABC Quality Early Learning Center dedicated to the highest standards in early childhood care and education. Our focus is on the first five years of life, a vital window of opportunity in which over 80% of a child’s brain develops. The goal of CCDC is to provide every child a solid foundation for lifelong learning by offering affordable, high-quality childcare and preschool education in a nurturing and safe environment .
Support our Center
Since its founding in 1969 by the Clemson Chapter of the South Carolina Council on Human Relations, the Clemson Child Development Center has operated on fundraising activities, government grants, donations from churches, clubs, foundations, and businesses, gifts from individuals, and a modest income from tuition.
A majority of the families served by CCDC receive tuition assistance.
Clemson Child Development Center, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your donations to CCDC are tax deductible.
